Registration Payment
  • Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made by direct bank transfer only.
  • Additional 12 EUR handling fee is required.
  • Please ensure that the name of the participant is clearly stated on the transaction draft.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellation is possible upon written request to the Conference Secretariat at viavenosa@business-meetings.net
  • Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (€12) will not be refunded
  • Via Venosa meeting reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a handling fee, will be returned to each registrant.
The refund policy is as follows:
  • Cancellations received up and including 31 March 2026: 80% refund.
  • Cancellations received between 1 April 2026 until 10 April 2026: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received from 11 April 2026: no refund.
